Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This cancellation policy applies to all group classes, private sessions, and duet sessions booked at MCC Pilates S.L.U., trading as Nimāra Reformer Pilates (“Nimāra”, “we”, “us”), located at C/ Joan Crespí, 47, 07014 Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

By booking a session, you agree to the terms set out below. One booking is one place on one Reformer in one class. We keep our classes small, six clients maximum, so your place matters. Timely cancellations allow other clients to take your spot.

2. Group Classes

• Cancellation window: You may cancel or reschedule a group class free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. The class is returned to your pack or monthly allowance.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class start time will result in the deduction of one class from your pack or monthly allowance.
• No-show: Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will also result in the deduction of one class.
• Single sessions: If you booked a single drop-in session, a late cancellation or no-show uses that session. It is not refunded or rebooked.

3. Private & Duet Sessions

• Cancellation window: Private and duet sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Late cancellation or no-show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are charged at the full session rate as shown at the time of booking. Where the session came from a pack, one session is deducted.

4. Class Packs

• Class packs are non-refundable once purchased.
• Classes are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Unused classes expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended or transferred.
• Late cancellations and no-shows deduct one class as described above.

5. Memberships

• Memberships are monthly and set to automatic renewal. Your card is charged each month until you cancel. Your membership starts on the date of purchase, which is also your monthly billing date.
• The minimum commitment is three months. After that, the membership continues month to month by tacit renewal.
• To cancel, give one month’s notice in writing to info@nimarapilates.com. Any month that has started is due in full.
• Monthly classes do not roll over to the following month. Any classes unused in the current month are lost at the end of that month.
• Pause: you may pause your membership once per year, for one month. Requests are made by email to info@nimarapilates.com, in advance of the billing date you wish to pause.
• Membership fees are not refundable once charged.

6. Discovery Offer

• The Discovery Offer is valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.
• It is limited to one per person and is non-transferable.
• The standard cancellation window of 3 hours applies to Discovery sessions.

7. Payment of Fees

Any late cancellation or no-show fee charged under section 3 is payable within 24 hours of the cancellation or missed session. Payment may be made by contacting the studio directly.

Failure to settle outstanding fees may result in the suspension of your booking privileges until the balance is cleared.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations arise. A class deducted under this policy cannot be reinstated, and we do not refund services or registration fees in case of change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or for any other reason. If something serious happens, contact us as soon as you can at info@nimarapilates.com. We will listen, and we will do what we reasonably can.

9. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Nimāra cancels a class (due to instructor illness, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control), all affected clients will be notified promptly and will receive either:

• The class returned to their pack or monthly allowance, or
• A complimentary rebooking at a time of their choosing (subject to availability).

10. Changes to This Policy

Nimāra reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be communicated by email and published on this page. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
