We opened our doors on 11 September, and the first few weeks have been lovely. Thank you to everyone who has come in for a class, and to everyone who stopped at the window to say hello.
Classes run every day, early mornings and afternoons in the week and mornings at the weekend, with six places in each. Beginner / All level classes are the place to start.

Gift cards are now available, from a single class at €39 to a pack of ten. We send it by email, ready to pass on.
And if someone you know has been meaning to try Reformer Pilates, their first two classes are €50.
Buy a gift cardGrip socks are required in class, so why not treat yourself to a pair in the studio colours? The socks are €15 in green, beige, white and brown, the water bottle €25 in green or beige, the tote bag €20, and the women’s tank top €35, in S and M. Everything is in the studio and online.
