Your first visit
What to expect
01
Arrive a little early
Ten minutes before class. We will show you the studio, your machine, and answer anything on your mind.

Dress to move
Fitted clothing and grip socks. If you forget yours, we have pairs available at reception.

Follow the lead
Every movement is demonstrated before you attempt it. Your instructor is there for you. Ask freely, pause if you need to, go at your own pace.
04
Take your time leaving
There is water waiting at reception, and you are welcome to sit for a while. Nobody will hurry you out of the door.
